Who we are

Nylo Digital is a UK-based web design service operated by Brinley Campbell. Contact: contact@nylo.digital.

What we collect

When you submit the form at /book we collect your name, business name, optional website, Google Business Profile link, social links and any notes you provide. Our server records your IP, user agent and referring URL alongside this submission so we can triage spam.

How we use it

We use this information solely to build your free website draft, contact you about it, and answer your questions. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

Processors we rely on

Neon (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (application hosting), Vercel Blob (file storage), cal.com (booking), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised analytics, only with your consent) and Meta Pixel (advertising measurement, only with your consent).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by emailing contact@nylo.digital.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@nylo.digital. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
